Now the official client for TiKV only contains Go support, we need more to enhance our community.

Describe the feature you'd like:

We hope you can help us to build the following clients:

• C, https://github.com/tikv/client-c
• Java, https://github.com/tikv/client-java
• Rust, https://github.com/tikv/client-rust

Feel free to contribute other clients to us.

would the community consider building clients for functional languages such as clojure or erlang or haskell?

@InTheLapOfTheGods we are working on exposing a C (via Rust) interface. That will make the job of the Haskell author a lot easier. Similarly, we do have Java code that can be packaged for the Clojure author.

@palash25 There are no official roadmap plans I am aware of, if you're interested in building one let us know and we can definitely help though!
