Tf-pose-estimation: mobilenet-v2 backbone

Mobilenet-V2 variants have superior performances over previous models(v1).

I have tried to train new models with the new backbone architecture.

Training is on-going.

• Not yet converged
• Results from checkpoints are very promising.
• This will take another 1 week to get converged models
