Also same issue but you don't need to reinstall the app, just remove the "dock" line from the config.yaml file.
On Windows you can find it at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Terminus\config.yaml
I had this problem as well, and was able to fix it by modifying both the config.yaml file mentioned by @osimbarhew as well as window.json.
This issue has been automatically marked as stale because it has not had recent activity. It will be closed in two weeks unless you comment.
