Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
mostly just a QoL change that has been fixed via plugin in many community servers.
Describe the solution you'd like
After around 10 seconds, swap MVP board to MVP for losing team
Describe alternatives you've considered
Smaller losing team MVP list off to the side.
I disagree, it would flood the community hud with screenshots like "most points but still lost" or something about your teammates being stupid for not following lead.
People can already do that just by screenshotting the scoreboard after the game, only difference is thats for the whole game and not just the round.
toxic people will always find some way to be toxic, I doubt this would change very much
Screenshotting leaderboard will also show stats. Let's say you were playing whole round as engineer and farming points with other engi, last second you switch to sniper. With that MVP board you could add some text like "even god sniper cant help bad team", while screenshotting scoreboard, it will show that you have 293 teleports done and 0 kills, which makes you think twice before posting bad screenshot.
you can cut that out with mspaint, let alone any other photo viewing/editing software, people can and will find a way to exploit anything and everything
iirc if a game ends in a stalemate it shows both anyway, so your example could also be done there
Let's be honest, the audience that will benefit most from this doesn't even know where the screenshots are stored, let alone using editing software of any kind(not counting SFM for their EPIC LOADOUT POSTERS).
Yes, but stalemate shows only 3 best scoring players of both teams, so you actually have to try in order to be in there. I am wondering why you did not mention that during stalemate both teams use the "losing animations". It clearly shows that no one is winner here.
I honestly don't see any downside to this change aside from possible increased toxicity, but honestly a lot of the toxicity in the TF2 community will happen anyway, and has been happening since launch. anyone that simply plays TF2 and doesn't actually participate in the community wouldn't be negatively affected by this change.
also having no one as the winner still can be used to say "my team sucks" since they didn't win.

But they fought hard and the another team did not win either.

More code bloat which will be beneficial for small % of users?

All of the fixes previously added in this repo are performance related, I don't think you should be seeing this as your chances to add more features to TF2.
As stated, this seems to fall outside of the scope of this project, which is focused on QoL, bugfixes, and optimizations. If this feature existed in vanilla TF2 in the past, though, and it's simply a bug that it isn't present today, you might be able to make a case for it.
