Don't display unread messages of inactive accounts in the tray and taskbar icons.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Add an option to disable them in the notifications settings.

There's a new option for that on v2.3 (2.2?):

But it doesn't work for unmuted nor for muted chats. I think, it only disables popups, seems like. This behavior should be changed imo
