Tdesktop: Feature request: show ping to Telegram server also without proxy

This is probably a very minor issue or not very useful, but I think it might be nice to know how much the ping is without proxy enabled sometimes.

Steps to reproduce

Open Proxy settings

Expected behaviour

I see my configured proxies and how many ms the ping is to Telegram server without proxy.

Actual behaviour

I see configured proxies and their ping to Telegram, but not how much ping is to Telegram without a proxy.

Configuration

Operating system: Debian Testing

Version of Telegram Desktop: 1.4

Used theme: Matrix

Telegram X for Android shows ping without proxy. Also X and regular Telegram for Android show ping to current active proxy too, while TDesktop is not for some reason.
