Expected behaviour

There should be a minor (maybe 250ms) delay to avoid accidental opening and obstruction of the emoji/stickers/GIFs menu.

Actual behaviour

The emoji/stickers/GIFs menu is opened instantly every time, obstructing the chat and prohibiting scrolling, forwarding, voice message playing, etc.

Most helpful comment

1) Same on Linux
2) It should be a click, not a hover!
Use case: It is extremely annoying when using (possibly multiple) business chats, when I have to click mouse on the "Write a message" input box, _move cursor away_ so it won't obstruct my text, and it OFTEN happens that cursor lands on the f-king SMILE button and the stupid pop-up takes up ALL MY CHAT SCREEN!!!
