Tdesktop: Don't display the status read/not read in Saved Messages

Steps to reproduce

1. Send any message to "Saved Messages"

Expected behaviour

don't display the status read/not read

Version of Telegram Desktop: 1.2 alpha

@zKoz210 Now all sent messages are displayed as outgoing and all forwarded as incoming with sender being the original sender. I’m not sure it is a good idea to display outgoing messages somehow differently (with only one check, without any checks) then in usual chats.
