Tdesktop: Chat participants suggestions in media captions

Steps to reproduce

Copy mediafile (photo, for example)
Paste it to Telegram Desktop
Type "@" symbol in caption field

Expected behaviour

TDesktop shows suggested contacts in popup menu

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens

Configuration

Operating system: Windows 8.1 x64
Version of Telegram Desktop: 0.9.51 alpha

This shouldn't be closed. For example, Android allows suggestions in media captions.
