Tdesktop: Blocked users in group list

This list doesn't appear on telegram desktop, so users blocked can only be unblocked using the mobile app.

@ticoti You can just invite them back and they will get unblocked.

I use a bot that kicks by ban or by flood and when I want to readd the users it says they can only join by link.

So I have to go to my phone, unblock them, and give them the link

Strange and unuseful behaviour (especially in supergroups where you don't know most of users and block list can be large), IMO. If i can — i vote to add this feature to desktop version too (same as in mobile one) to simplify unblock.

@telegramdesktop It is not possible invite all, some just and possible with the contact (Cell phone number)
