Talk-android: Clicking a mention notification should open the chat view

When a user receives a notification about being mentioned in a chat, it currently opens the video call. It would probably make more sense to open the chat instead so i can instantly see the message.

Beta3 after all. Beta2 was quite heavy in changes and I need to do testing plan on how to properly implement and test this.
