Sylius: Taxons not showing when Admin locale is different than default locale

When changing the admin's locale (in administrators configuration) to a different locale than the locale set as default, the taxons' names "disapper", while the structure is still shown:

Suggest falling back to the default locale translation of the taxons when no matching locale found in taxon translation.
(maybe this fallback needs to be implemented system-wide as well)

I propose to move it for v1.0.0 release and come up with a comprehensive solution for all translatable resources and interface / data locale separation.

Is it still the issue? I've just checked it on the up-to-date master and it seems to work fine.

I checked as well and tried different configurations (multiple channels, multiple locales, changing default locale, reinstalling Sylius, using different locale as admin, different default locales on channel, etc.)
