Svelte: Does Svelte Require a Cybernetics Core?

From the title, Svelte is for making Cybernetically enhanced web apps, and I was wondering if a Cybernetics Core is a dependency. If so, should I modify my build order?

For example, if I go straight for a Stargate then I have to protect my entrypoints from attacks while building resources, which can be risky and expensive. I'm hoping this will help me securely deploy probe units to remote spaces. Any help is greatly appreciated!

All I'm saying is that we have people spending their free time supporting the development of Svelte, and avoiding noise for those maintainers is in the best interest of a projects success.

I'm all for joking around and having a laugh, just that the Issues tracker isn't the place for that. Hit up the Discord, it's a better medium for that
