I've always been dubious of it myself tbh, wish there was some analysis of it.

IIRC I think I've tried the open source Quickstyle in the past for Safari, though it seems the domain is inactive for some reason atm (direct link to extension from the still active Github repo).

Edit: checked on the other system and it was a different open source extension I have installed, imaginatively named User CSS (still works with the latest Safari)

Safari doesn't support WebExtension API.

But I don't know how they handle your privacy and I am not sure if it's abandoned or not.

@Fironet User CSS has been archived so there won’t be any development. Also neither will be usable on Safari 12 because developer signed extension won’t be loaded. If you want to use them, don’t upgrade to Safari 12.
