stylus 1.3.0 seems like do not work on new userstyles site,but the new version stylish 2018.02.26 1.9.2 is ok

The fix is only for Chrome since the USO site is broken in FF (the site checks for chrome-extension:// URL which should be moz-extension://). I'll wait for the site to fix their bug for like a day, then maybe implement a different workaround.

In chrome sometimes showing Install with stylish button. After ctrl+f5 is working good.

It looks like random. I think its only on installed styles. When I clicking f5 sometimes is "update style" and sometimes "Install with stylish".

Can you verify the fix is working in Stylus beta? Don't forget to disable Stylus stable on chrome://extensions page.

Well, I don't know how to reproduce it. AFAICT it can't happen with the new code. Do you use other extensions or userscripts? Can you reproduce it in a new user profile?

Here's a test version that retries even more times, see if it helps: ~stylus.zip~.
Installation: disable Stylus extension, unpack this zip to a new folder and drag'n'drop the folder onto chrome://extensions page.

I can't reproduce in 1.3.2, only in 1.3.1.

For me after 49 shows in zip version. There is progress because in 1.3.2 it was after about 10 tries :V

We've just found two reliable methods: reopening a closed tab and using history back/forward.
