Request for additional Patreon tiers. eg. $5, $15, $25, $75 etc.

Not sure what to offer for all those artificial intermediate tiers.

The reason I didn't add so many tiers is that people can still pledge any custom amount they want.

I added two low tiers: $2 and $5.
For higher tiers, I think people will notice there is a custom amount option (or I will add an explanation about it somewhere).
