Status-react: Feature: Blank out app preview screen when switching apps on mobile

Feature Request

As a user, I'd like the app preview screen to be blanked out when switching apps. This would increase my privacy.

As a bonus, I would like this to be a user option, but on by default.

could it be the case that now(this behavior changed at the last moment) the blanking out is off by default, and user has to explicitly turn it on in the profile screen?

Yes, you are right. Somehow I decided that it should be enabled by default.

It'd still be nice to have it on by default (the problem was, on android, that caused tests that depended on capturing screen to fail)

I'm going to work on making it so that we can have best of both cases after I'm done delivering on other bounties and issues I have committed to.
