Status-react: Transaction cannot be sign while being offline

Type: Bug

Summary: A transaction can't be singed while device is offline. Nothing changes when "Sign transaction" button is clicked. After some time, "context deadline exceeded" error appears.

Expected behavior

Transaction is signed and sent as soon as possible.

Actual behavior

Transaction is not signed. The app does not react when "Sign transaction" is pressed. An error with technical description appears.

Reproduction

Open Status
Go offline
Go to Wallet and try to send transaction

Or might it be better to fail the transaction and give a friendly message to the user? Eg "Transaction failed. There was a network error. Please try again later"
