Statping: Statping Instance - Problems

Hi there,

So I just bought an instance on Statping and it seems to be loading.
But the "Manage Site" button doesn't seem to be loading at all, and the loading times for my Statping page are off the charts.

Could anyone please assist with this?
As well as, can I use my own domain and point it to my Statping Status Page?

I really don't want to sound like a Debbie downer, because I love the project. However I am going to tell you like it is.
You wasted your money

This project is not ready for production in anyway. It has numerous issues.

The dev isn't really active on the chat platform Slack. Doesn't respond to any of your messages.
The actual pinging of services doesn't represent the data collected in the graphs.
The graphs themselves dont load half the time
None of the theming is working properly.
Pages wont load or half load and represent a container or just a background.
When making a service sometimes it doesnt show as its made, ends in multiple duplicates.
Services that are online dont show any green bar indicators.
Cant change the total amount of days shown in the bar indicators.

I really want this project to be a thing, If it was working it would easily be the best option which is open source. I have offered mega donations 200$ In order to get the dev to focus on issues that are keeping this project from functioning enough to even be usable.

Get a refund.

I haven't seen any way of sending a support ticket on Statping.
