Statping: [Feature request] Discord integration

Hi!

I'm Developer of a GTAV/FiveM roleplay and we are playing with statup.
Can statup send a call via the Discord Webhook when a service is down?

I don't think that its look like the slack hooks. You just call an URL and send some JSON

Discord is awesome! I鈥檒l make a notifier for it once I commit a few bugs. Should be later today, I鈥檒l comment back here once it鈥檚 ready.

Discord notifier has been added! I still have a couple things to do with the notification part of Statup, I'd like to add a better queueing system so it won't spam your channels if all services are down.

But for now, Discord has been added and i've tested with my own channel 馃拑
