Stackedit: Custom commit message before publish it to Github (feature request)

Option to edit the commit message before publish it from stackedit.io editor. The current default commit message is "Uploaded by https://stackedit.io/"

Stackedit is just great !

Regarding the last issues #416 and #340, what's just happened to that feature ?
It is just does not make sense for Githubers.
Hope it's still accessible via a well-hidden button I've not seen yet.

Stackedit is very cool indeed!

But I feel like custom github commit message would very very useful addition to the current version.
