Spoke: Current Question response messages are ordering randomly

Despite the order which you enter the responses in the Interactions menu, they re-order in Current Question randomly, which has caused some texter error due to muscle memory build while texting.

Example: Admin creates Interactions responses in following order:

Yes
Maybe
No

Then, in Spoke, the texter will see them in various orders under Current Question, like:

No
Yes
Maybe

or

Maybe
No
Yes

etc etc.

This was an issue in 2018 and was addressed, but appears to have likely returned in the past few days.

Hey all, so sorry for the delay. I've dug around a good bit but still having trouble reproducing this behavior. I'm not having any luck getting into a follow-up conversation with one of the fake respondents using sqlite, and I haven't been able to get mysql or postgres running either. I'll admit I need a lot of help getting the environment set up around this before I can move forward.

@ErikKirkstein - I'm going to revive this issue a little or at least reference it in a feature request about allowing answers to be ordered explicitly. My take is that, as an admin, you should be able to enter the answers in any order and then reorder them. BUT they should also appear in the order you entered them if you don't reorder them. --> both efficiency and control are expected

@arena and @ErikKirkstein just wanting to clarify here: is this bug saying that the admin writes the responses in a certain order and that they then show up in a different order from the way they were written?

Or is it saying that texters are seeing differently ordered responses on each text that they send?

This is a really hard one to reproduce, but we're pretty sure it's still a problem. This is ready to be worked on if you're up for a tricky one to reproduce!

Even if it's not reproducible, it would be nice to make them (?drag-n-drop) re-orderable in the interface.

The interaction to order the list could be drag-and-drop or buttons by each response (up, down, move to top, move to bottom).
...the hold time in this demo seems way too long, but this might be a good drag-and-drop component to explore
