Spoke: silent failure on Contact Upload Zip Code error

There is currently an issue where contacts will fail to upload if there is no zip code column, or sometimes if there are rows without feasible zip code data. When this failure happens, there is no indication to the user as to why their upload has failed (or even an acknowledgement that there was a failure)

This was addressed in #680 but it sounds like that update hadn't been pushed for you yet -- correct me if I'm mistaken @harpojaeger

I believe it's been fixed but we are not running this fork of Spoke
