Spectacle: Next Third does not move to horizontal thirds if the vertical thirds are too small

When using a vertical monitor, and using "Next Third", Spectacle will not continue to other thirds.

The width of the screen is too small to cut into thirds:

• The application window has a minimum width
• The minimum width is larger than 1/3 of the window.

I would like to use thirds horizontally, but it will only allow vertical when using "Next Third" or "Previous Third" and fails because it is too small, so it resets every time.

Hitting the same problem. Maybe it is possible for Spectacle to detect this case and switch to thirds in the other direction.
