Woo-hoo! Spaceship is going to get 200 stars! I think it's time to make a logo for theme. I will be grad if anybody can help me with that, so I'm looking for volontiers.
I think it have to be something simple, clean and expressive. Something that can reflect the essence and idea of the theme itself.

I am not using zsh and this spaceship-zsh-theme, but on screenshots I see you have not backgrounds. What is the difference with other shell themes? I see simplicity and completeness. Like in other good themes. What is the idea of spaceship-zsh-theme?
spaceship-zsh-theme implements three _core ideas_:
agnoster-zsh-theme)BTW, a big update is comming. I've found a way to create cross-shell and testable themes, so probably _Spaceship_ is going to be the first shell theme, that has test and works on _any_ shell (sh, bash, zsh, fish, etc) with _single and universal_ code base.
Okay got it.
And another, important question: why you called it with “spaceship”? Did you mean “it's like Fantasy UI into sensor panels of devices used in space”? If so, it will be easy to create an idea.
In my imagination, real spaceship is an extremely complex system with _dozen of indicators_ (refers to the first core idea) which show data about whole system.
Systems which are providing life support in real spaceships are always _maximally simple_. You always may get everything that you need just now, without overkills (refers to the second idea).
Spaceship's systems give you ability to do whatever you need, like scientific researches, experiments, etc (this refers to the third point — _customizability_ of the theme).
Something like this. Maybe I'm wrong about real spaceships, but that's the reasons why I named this theme _Spaceship_.
Okay it's enough of great thinkings for me for now. Now, give me a time.
As you wish, up to you!
200★ are here!
@Grawl hey, any updates?

As a starting point, I make an abstraction of the screenshot from repository.

This helped me a lot to understand what I'm doing.
Then, I tried to make some flying objects:

And then I noticed that arrow and rocket is very similar, and tried to combine them:

Notice that colors is important here – because terminal is all about typography, – so I put them everywhere.
So, what direction should I follow?
@Grawl hey, I'll answer you in private.
For inspiration Coats of arms of NASA missions:

Yet another awesome example:

My thoughts:

will try to add a rays and use colors from that awesome illustration
I like this much more than my previous tries

YEAH! Now, Spaceship has got brand new logo! Thank you, @Grawl!
