Slick: CenterMode with even number of slides
centerMode – Enables centered view with partial prev/next slides. Use with odd numbered slidesToShow counts.
Is there any way to center for example 2 slides?

Nah, but there's a way to determine the center two active slides with both css and js. Hope that helps!
