We are using Heroku + Slack + Github.
We got a notification (in slack) to update to the newer version of the app since the other version will be deprecated.

It said all previous subscriptions would work. And yet, we stopped receiving release notifications. All the other notifications still work (like PR open/closed/merged).
Before, we'd receive a notification like this:

Now they aren't there anymore. All the other notifications are still there. How can I fix that?
EDIT:
I also checked we are subscribed to releases. And yes. We are subscribed to releases:

Having the same problem. Used to work fine before the upgrade.
Subscription also lists releases for me but no notifications when deployed to Heroku.
Maybe a duplicate of: https://github.com/integrations/slack/issues/1167?
Hello @diegoeche , the deployment notifications feature has been taken away in the new version of the slack app. You will be able to receive notifications for creating new releases but not for deployments. Read more about this change here.
I shouldn't have upgraded. This is a huge functionality missing here. Is there a way to go back to legacy?
@diegoeche @paninee Apologies for the inconvenience. We will look into this ask on priority.
@ashokirla Any update on the priority of this? It's becoming increasingly very annoying to monitor our deployments
