Skiasharp: Feature request: Support Skottie

Skia now support Lottie animations via Skottie module.

Would be nice if it is supported. Not a huge priority, just an idea.

This is something we have been keeping an eye on and most probably will make it into SkiaSharp sometime. Right now, it is still in a preview/experimental phase and does not exist in any stable release. As soon as it reaches a more "stable" form, then we can start adding this to the SkiaSharp release.
