Simplewall: Keyboard functionality, Alt+Tab

Greetings, thx for this great software.

When Simplewall makes a popup window appear, the options are only clickable. You cannot Alt+Tab to the window or select what to do by using only keyboard.

Alt+Tab to the notification window always worked for me. But i created a pull request to fix dialog event handling and make Tab cycle over the buttons in the notification window.
