Simplewall: [bug] Cannot allow apps.

After last update (2.4.5), sometimes the UI bugs out and clicking the checkbox doesn't work anymore.

It happened immediately after updating for me. Pressing F5 shows the apps weren't Allowed.

I don't have packet logging enabled, are there other logs?

So far it hasn't happened again :/ Sorry for no repro.
