Describe the bug
Tabs placed into a group are missing after a Firefox session restarts. Rather than being in the group, they are under "other unsynchronized tabs". They are then placed back into the default group. As FF is currently very crashy, this is an annoyance that repeats several times an hour.
To Reproduce
Sweep some tabs into a group. Close FF. Re-open and restore session
Expected behavior
The tabs. In the group.

Additional context
This seems to have started since 4.2.2
This might be related to #448
Sorry, but I don’t have that kind of power. If the Firefox session does not maintain the link between the group and the tab after closing or crash computer, then I can not influence this in any way ...
@AlexHarrowell Hi! Do you enable Restore session checkbox in Firefox options?
@Drive4ik in the absence of a response, I should read between the line here:
Re-open and restore session
– assume that those were _two steps_; that the required preference was not set.
∴ close this issue.

No, "restore session" was implicit in reopening

Thank you, and apologies for the misinterpretation.
… FF is currently very crashy, …
Is this still the case? I wonder whether something sometimes prevents your Firefox from working as it should with session storage.
Please, can you tell whether the issue is reproducible with Firefox 85.0.2? Before an update to 86.0.
Probably not directly related to this issue, but worth routinely checking:
I am on 85.0.2/x86-64. the problem seemed to be resolved in the meantime,
possibly because corporate moved from 68... to 85...
