When you receive a Signal audio call while your Signal-Desktop is closed, it will have a wrong time stamp once you open up your Signal-Desktop again.
Actual Result:
On Signal-Desktop the missed audio call appears to have happened "now" (= at the time of Signal-Desktop startup after the call).
Expected Result:
The timestamp of the missed audio call should be the same as on the linked phone.

I hadn't used Signal Desktop for several days. When I opened it up, it said there was a missed call from my partner only a minute ago. I called him via Signal Desktop, and then via my phone. He was a bit confused because he hadn't tried to call me recently. The missed call must have been during the time I went with the desktop app closed.
I have the same problem with the current Signal Desktop (v1.37.3).
In addition: if this bug occurs, every call will be marked as "missed", even if it was a normal audio and/or video call.
(in my case: one video call, one audio call: both marked as "missed audio call").
Also present in Ubuntu and Signal Desktop v1.39.4
Thanks for these updates. This is a known issue which we'll take a look at.
