Signal-desktop: Sticker pack loads in Signal Android but not Signal desktop

Bug Description

Pusheen 3.0 sticker pack will not install on Signal Desktop. It will install on Signal in my Android phone, however. Most other sticker packs I have tried work fine on both desktop and Android, including other Pusheen sticker packs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://signalstickers.com/pack/0ca57dfbddb36e108719926b347b8cca in your web browser
2. Push the Add to Signal button.

Alternately,

1. Have someone else install the sticker pack, e.g. yourself on Signal mobile, and then send you a message using the sticker
2. Click on the sticker in Signal Desktop

Either way...

Actual Result:

A window opens in Signal Desktop saying "Error opening sticker pack. Check your internet connection and try again."

Expected Result:

A window opens in Signal Desktop, displaying the Pusheen 3.0 Sticker Pack.

It seems like the fourth sticker isn't downloading. Android handles this gracefully and desktop does not. I'll mark this as a bug.

Do you run into this frequently or only with this particular sticker pack?

I thought I remembered it happening another time, but a random sampling of Signal stickers hasn't resulted in any other sticker pack failing to load. If it happens with any other sticker pack, it's certainly a rare occurrence.

Please don't minimize the importance of this particular sticker pack, though. I really like Pusheen!

Not sure if this has a related underlying issue or not but I just had a sticker sent to me (from a pack that I didn't have installed) that appeared as a white box on signal desktop but properly on signal android.

Tried installing the pack on Android and then quitting and reloading desktop, and it still only shows as a white box. Clicking where the sticker would be, rather than opening the sticker pack view, prompts me to save it through the save-as dialogue as if it's a file.

Re: the logs, the sticker message in question was received (on android) on Oct 2, 2020, 7:04:30 PM MST (does android not show the timestamp IDs anymore?)
On desktop, the timestamp ID is 1601690671192

@mackncheesiest Sadly, I don't see anything in the desktop log which would help us - that timestamp you provided isn't in the log. I think your best bet would be to reach out to support and provide the full pack information so we can see what's going on with the image, and at the very least add logging and a better error message.

It does not load for me, too. Has there be any progress on this issue? Is there any information I can provide to help figuring it out?
