Signal-desktop: Attachments with very long names cause multiple display errors

Bug description

Attachments with very long names overflow the viewable area, making the entire message unreadable. After resizing, the download and reply options appear on top of message.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have someone send an attachment with a very long name (80 chars in my case)
2. On the Signal Desktop client, go to this thread in a somewhat-small window

Actual result:

The message and title are cut off.

On resizing the window, the download and attachment buttons appear on top of the message

Expected result:

The message should properly wrap to the size of the screen and the end of the title should be replaced with '...' or something similar.

Ah, nevermind. I see what the problem is. We'll get a fix for it out soon, and for now you can make the window wider to solve that problem.

I can confirm this is still an issue. Works as expected on iOS 14.3, v5.6.0.14
