I have started to receive some messages sent from an iOS client twice on my desktop, but NOT on my android client. Oddly enough, it seems to only be the first message in a group of messages sent to me by the other person. Subsequent ones are not duplicated. Then I reply once or more and the next reply from them might be a duplicate. I looked at the timestamps and both of the dupes I see have the same send epoch time but different received times.
Actual result:
Some messages sent to me from iOS client I receive duplicates on desktop but not on android client
Expected result:
Messages are received normally.

Can you provide the last three digits of the phone number of the source contact and the sent_at (the long id number in the message details screen) for some of the duplicated messages? Then I can cross-reference with your desktop debug log.

I've got a fix for this. It'll be in the next beta release. Thank for being a beta tester and reporting these bugs quickly! :0)
Closing this, as the fix is now released.
