Signal-desktop: Ghost users (actually it's me) in my signal im list

Since long time ago I have been having such issue:

This user is actually me, I don't know why I am there in own list. On phone I can hide this but cant on Desktop because of lack of functionality of client.

Can you propose something to hide users in list?
