Shell: [FEATURE PROPOSAL] User Editable Boarder Thickness

Hello everyone.

Recently we got the _active hinting color selector_ feature (#462) as a way to improve the aesthetic of the shell. I propose we continue to improve the aesthetic by allowing the user to select the hinting boarder size around the window. For me it's too thick and because of that it looks unsophisticated and a bit ugly while for someone else it might not be thick enough.

This feature may also help users with poor eyesight that might want a thicker boarder around the active window.

An idea how the feature might be implemented into the UI:

Thank you all for the hard work, I'm loving the shell very much and so is my wife -- who's enjoying her new System76 Lemur Pro. This is her first time using Linux and isn't very tech savvy to begin with. The fact she CHOSE to use the POP shell with Tile Windows says a lot, I think.

It would be nice to have the active hint have a little more control over "inside the window" vs. "outside the window". In particular, it covers up a few pixels of the first text column in the default terminal right now.

Given feedback on #662 and the last screenshot. I think the hint on maximized state needs to be reconsidered.
