Shadowsocksx-ng: mojave 大概率不能用

Describe the bug
总是出(com.qiuyuzhou.shadowsocksX-NG.local[578]): Service exited with abnormal code: 255

To Reproduce
不是100%必选，但>50%大概率出现，出现就不能用

Expected behavior
希望正常工作
