Shadowsocks-windows: PAC do not work in 4.1.9.2

PAC do not work in 4.1.9.2, I have to use Global mode

it works in old 4.1.8.0 version

Please try to delete or rename pac.txt in the Shadowsocks.exe folder.

After deleting pac.txt, Right-click Shadowsocks icon in the Taskbar tray, Select PAC, And click Update Local PAC from GFWList.

Run Shadowsocks.exe as administrator for the first time.

4.1.9.2 does not work while 4.1.7.1 works fine.

I tried setting 4.1.9.2 as global mode, del local pac.txt and updating from GFWList, but it failed with errors as below:
