Server: List apps (installed on server) to propose them to users

Idea is to promote apps better:

• show a navigation drawer entry
• in it: check which apps are installed on server (those apps need to have at least a capability entry
• check if these apps are already installed
• if installed, do not promote them
• if not installed: promote them with gplay & fdroid / iTunes app store link

E.g:

• check for deck app on server, promote Android Deck app
• check for news app, check if at least one Android News app is installed

I think that sounds like a good idea. But why aren't you working heavily on PWAs? I think they would be the solution not to have to install an app for every feature. (Especially a problem on Android)
