Server: invisible parts HTML notification mails i.e. LotusNotes

Steps to reproduce

  • Fresh installation of nextcloud 13.0.01
  • set color-theme to FF0000
  • set up a new user and a notification email is sent to him (a LotusNotes user witch can't disable HTML view!)
  • set color-theme to D9D9D9
  • set up a new user and a notification email is sent to him (a LotusNotes user witch can't disable HTML view!)

Expected behaviour

Users should receive a readable email regardless of which operating system or program they are using. In the best case this should be a TEXT/PLAIN email, but unfortunately this is not possible in the current release!
If you already generate TEXT/HTML mails, at least they should be readable and usable. Text and background color, for example, should be very different and not hardly different like now! Buttons for clicking should also be displayed.

The admin should at best have a configuration option where he can decide if HTML-mails should be sent, with all the known adversities on client/receiver side or if he doesn't want to send simply PLAIN-TEXT email!

Actual behaviour

If color-theme is set to red FF0000 my new users, witch must use LotusNotes as MUA where they can't disable HTML-view, receive an "useless mail":
ff0000_lotusnotes

If, for example, the recipient uses Thunderbird, the user at least has to find the "Set Password button".

BTW, the slogan at the bottom of the page is hard to read. The font color hardly stands out from the background. There is also an urgent need for action here. You can hardly read that!

IMHO, plain text messages would be the simplest and most effective solution that should be aimed for.
