Server: External Storage setup page does not shows up !!

Steps to reproduce

profile icon > App > install External Storage Support (v 1.5.0) > enable
tool bar choose folder icon > left function tree choose external storage
error message shows up instead of setting page
"No external storage configured or you don't have the permission to configure them"

Expected behavior

Should see external storage setting page shows up.

Actual behavior

I saw a lot of video on internet and follow steps to download, install and use it (external storage support). There is nothing on right side of target window for setting page, but instead "No external storage configured or you don't have the permission to configure them" shows up.

I am the admin of this system.

I should be able to do external storage add/edit/delete/stop procedure, but no page shows up.

You have to configure external storage in the settings, then it will appear under your files (where you are looking for it)

Wait a minute. This is a bug since I cannot even see setup page as following. Where to do setup from ? No page shows up to allow me to setup ftp ip/user name/password/port ... etc as following page.

yes, this should show up in Settings > Administration > External storages ... are you sure this is missing there? (please make sure to use a nextcloud admin user to access settings)

I found that finally, thanks.

Another question is my external ftp use port 21021 instead. I tried many time without any luck.

it should work without ftp://

finally, I tried every possible combinations. This is the only way that is working.
ip.ip.ip.ip:21021/ <== with a slash
./ <== initial folder requires look like this

This is not document on help document. Please add them to it. thanks ! It's working now ....
