Sequelpro: Add option to include CREATE DATABASE + DROP IF EXISTS in SQL export

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Export database
2. Import to existing database
3. Deleted tables in (1) appears in (2) so tables are not deleted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expec an option to choose if export could delete database if alreadi exist. I don't see nothing instead.

What version of Sequel Pro are you using? What version of MySQL are you
connecting to on the server? 0.9.9.1 Build 3408

Yes, Export SQL should provide a feature to include a CREATE DATABASE statement.
