Sentry: Feature request: Attachments (images) for issues comments

Please, add attachments for issue comments, like in GitHub.

In addition, I'd love to see us add attachments as a general purpose concept. You can imagine sending along a screenshot, or a crash log with an event.

Manually? Something like "Create custom issue" with artifacts? Maybe.

For now we have automatically catched issues, and I can't easily to show my colleagues some details about this issue (and for myself in the future).

When I see a sentry issue, I usually try to reproduce the issue (especially javascript errors) and if I reproduce the issue, I take a screenshot. It would be nice to be able to attach this screenshot to the issue so my team knows this issue is reproducible. I can link it to a jira/github/gitlab issue and add the screenshot there, but nice to stay in sentry for this

Jup, expected to just copy & paste an image. Was disappointed I couldn't.
