Sensei: Improve Module taxonomy labels

If you have a small course site with maybe just 30 course its possible that you don’t need categories. But if you have a large site you need them.

For me categories are a times saver and important administrative tool. So removing this and calling it stinking is just ignorance, and short-sighted.

The image you have posted are of modules not of categories. And if you remove modules, the use of Sensei is not viable for me.

@PederSongedal I think @kraftbj was referring to the "No categories found" text, which should say "No modules found."

We're not planning to remove modules!

That’s good to hear @danjjohnson we do need both modules and categories. Fixing wrong text is always good.

Sorry for the concern and confusion. Yeah, just fixing the taxonomy label to use something custom instead of the default "Categories" text.
