Sensei: Expired subscriptions still have course access

When a course is linked to a subscription product, if you change the subscription status to on-hold, cancelled, or expired, the user still has access to the course.

User comment: Any fix that is developed must include a way to retroactively remove access privileges to any user that has a subscription that is marked "Cancelled."

Reopening this as the issue seems to be back. Courses linked to subscriptions can still be accessed when the subscription is on-hold, cancelled, or expired.

@danjjohnson Can't reproduce. Steps taken

• Created a new WC Product with a subscription
• Created a course for that product

As a subscriber

• Subscriber: Purchased the product
• Subscriber: Verify I can access active Subscription
• Admin: Put Subscription on hold
• Subscriber: I am no longer able to access the course content
• Admin: Cancel Subscription
• Subscriber: I am still not able to access course content

@pgk seems to only apply to variable subs where the course is linked to the parent product.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a variable subscription product with 2 variations at different prices
• Create a course and link it to the parent product created above (not one of the variations)

As a subscriber:

• Subscriber: Purchase the course (either variation)
• Subscriber: Verify I can access the course
• Admin: Put subscription on hold
• Subscriber: still able to access course.
• Admin: Cancel subscription.
• Subscriber: still able to access course.

@danjjohnson still can't reproduce this. When the subscription (even a variable subscription with a course assigned to the parent subscription) is on hold, a subscriber can't access course content (although I can view the course title). I am using the latest master branches for sensei and wc-subscriptions.

@pgk I found a specific case where I can reproduce this:

• Create a monthly simple (or variable) subscription product with a price of 10 per month and a 1 day free trial.
• Assign the product to a course
• Subscriber: Purchase the course (no payment required due to free trial)
• You should see the course in My Courses
• Go to My Account > Subscriptions, then view and cancel the subscription
• Status changes to 'pending cancellation'. Course can still be accessed (expected).
• Let the free trial period expire (1 day)
• Status changes to cancelled.
• Expected: You should no longer have access to the course.
• Actual: You can still access the course and it appears in My Courses.
