Rubocop: Another talk about YodaCondition

I know that it was already discussed and majority of users decided that YodaConditions must be banned. But what to do if you're Jedi? :D Personally I prefer writing conditionals Yoda-way. Thus I have to disable this cop for myself. But instead I would like to be able to enforce everyone to join the light side.

I'll be happy to work on PR allowing to configure this cop if it has chances to be accepted.
