I opened with Outlook and got to visual basic editor without problem. Turned it off. Went back to Excel and tried to go to vbe. No splash screen appeared but still won't respond. It Keeps saying Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action

Does Rubberduck get to generating a logfile? It should be at %AppData%/Rubberduck/Logs if my memory serves me right.

I just tried it twice just now and it's not showing in the log The error now read "Rubberduck's startup sequence threw an unexpected exception. Please check the Rubberduck logs for more information and report an issue if necessary.

Can you please confirm if you have any other VBA add-ins loaded? If so, can you as a test disable all other VBA add-ins via the VBIDE's Add-In manager (not Excel's Add-in manager) then enable only the Rubberduck?

I have no other add-ins of any kind.

But I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling for the 3rd time and it just opened up in excel. So I'm not entirely sure what's changed
