Rubberduck: 2.0.4RC: Rubberduck Add-In could not be loaded

Thanks for the great tool!
2.0.4RC does not load. There is a file missing and it seems the user's Documents directory is hard coded. See below in the log.
Can I apply a temporary fix somewhere?
