Rss-bridge: [TwitterBridge] Empty Feeds

* Empty Feeds*
The feeds are empty and are not updated.
I tested it with popular German Twitter account @tagesschau.

Additional context
I emailed about this topic with @Amolith (public hoster) and he confirmed this bridge is broken.

I encountered this problem too. As a temporary workaround, I am using nitter.net to generate rss feeds for twitter.

Sometimes it returns 400, other times non-empty feed.

Could you update your instance to the latest master, please? Or at least only bridges/TwitterBridge.php?
